This began as a marker pen drawing ("Mayan Birds"). I made significant changes in color and details digitally and also added a digital texture, thus "Mayan Birds 2". These stylized birds are "Mayan" only in my imagination and I suspect any real Mayan artist, past or present, would laugh me out of the studio. Anyway, it feels Mayan to me.
