Watchful Mom
I got the itch to do another graphite drawing of Glacier Goats. I have so much inspiring photo reference to play with, I could do a large drawing a month for many years to come. But, don’t expect that to happen.
I saw these two above Logan Pass in Glacier National Park while on the trail to Hidden Lake. The mom looks to be very protective. Her little one seems to be taking a break from mid-day chores. There were lots of other goats along the way, but these two really stood out against the summer sky on a rocky outcropping.
